Marissa Solis, a proud Mexican executive, is a powerhouse marketing leader with over 20 years of experience in brand management, communications, and sales across the U.S. and Latin American markets. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Brand and Consumer Marketing for the NFL, where she drives brand strategy and fan engagement at a global scale.
Prior to joining the NFL, Marissa led marketing for an $8 billion brand portfolio at Frito-Lay North America, where she also oversaw media strategy and national campaigns for major retail partners including Walmart, Target, and Costco.
Her career began at Procter & Gamble Latin America in Puerto Rico, followed by consulting roles at Deloitte and strategic political communications in Texas and Mexico. During her time at PepsiCo, she launched a $100M frozen snack line, delivered double-digit growth in key channels, and helped establish a Hispanic Business Unit that doubled beverage sales with Latino consumers.
Marissa holds degrees from Georgetown University and the University of Texas at Austin and is widely recognized for her visionary leadership and impact in multicultural marketing.​
